may 11, 2010 - inspired
last sunday afternoon at 4pm, i found myself at the new museum. bisi silva, the director/founder of the contemporary center for arts in lagos, nigeria was discussing her process, her current exhibition and highlighting the works of several artists that are on her radar. at the end of this talk, i was more than inspired. it was confirmed that i have lots more work to do. transitioning is arduous. but i continue to remind myself to enjoy the process.
(so today i look to malick sidibe, who always inspires me)
